Released in Fall 2020, the Air 3 Varsity Royal is a coveted colorway of Michael third signature shoe. Its color scheme pays homage to the Red Cement 3 that debuted during the NBA’s All-Star Weekend in 2020. This iteration showcases the shoe’s retro styling while still looking modern. The upper maintains the same color blocking as the iconic Black/Cement colorway, but swaps the black tumbled leather with Varsity Royal leather. The shoe features the classic elephant print panels on the toe and heel, with white Jumpman branding on the heel. The Air window in the heel of the midsole preserves the original look of the Air 3.
